Thanks to all who gave me advice on my diet...I really hope this is a positive change for me. Let me know what you think:
Monday: Total cereal with skim milk; Yogurt; Julienne Salad (no fat dressing); Low fat peanut butter on whole wheat bread; lettuce salad, pork chop with peppers, onions and asparagus. 2 glasses skim milk, and a protein shake.
Tuesday: Total cereal with skim milk; yogurt; Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat with mustard, and vegetable beef soup; Low Fat peanut butter on whole wheat bread; Tenderloin salad (no fat dressing); and a protein shake.
Does this sound about right for a healthy diet? I am currently doing a split routine M-W-F and cardio on Tuesday and Thursday.
