Hi, I'm a newbie so here goes. I have enjoyed working out all my life, walking, exercise tapes, etc. For the
past 2 months I have been struggling with a bad case of tronchanteric bursitis in my right thigh, which means I cannot do any cardio exercises involving the right leg. I am starting to put on weight and feel awful about myself since I'm not working out. Could someone please suggest an alternative cardio for me?
I need something to increase my metabolism to burn
those calories! Thanks in advance.
