I'm not real sure what to actually call this but I've had some kind of pain off and on and it's mostly in my neck, shoulders, down into my arms and hands. I haven't been able to figure out if it's muscles or joints. I have occasional leg cramping but it's mainly the other type that bothers me. I know that dehydration can cause muscle pain but does this sound like anything that goes along with AD? It was really bad for a day about a week ago and then within 2 days it was much improved. I have been under a huge amount of stress and don't get as much sleep as I need, that might have something to do with it.

Anyone know if this is something with AD?
