I've tried Ephedra Free Thermogenics before with little results, would anyone recommend one with ephedra and which would be the best. Also I am currently on an SSRI, would this interfere with my medication?

I'm not sure about any interference with your medication, so you should check with your doctor. People with certain types of medical conditions should not take ephedra at all.

I would recommend Xenadrine. It is very popular and contains both ephedra and caffeine. Ephedra is good for weight loss by itself, but works especially well when combined with caffeine. It seems to make the caffeine have even more of an effect on weight loss.

hydroxycut used to be great untill they changed the formula. Beta-Lean seems to work very well.

Thermos *with* ephedra and caffeine are questionable at best as "fat burners" (they gave you energy and curbed appetite, but didn't really burn much fat on their own), from what I have heard, the "stimulant free" versions are useless. I decided not to waste my money on them, but based on what I have read from real people using them, not ads, it's not worth it.

One of the Biggest and Baddest of the thermos is Clenbutrx by VPX Sports. has the standerd ECA stack as well as ALA, Yohimbe and HTP-5. Kills cravings and ups your energy if you're dieting strictly, but it is a pretty heavy stimulant and relatively expensive.
