hi.
I am interested in trying colon cleansing. I've heard good things and bad things about the colon cleansing process. My aunt recommended a colon cleanser called oxypowder, and after doing the research, it looks pretty good. On the flip side, I also have a friend who recommends a colon cleanser called colonix, which is seems like it is the most popular colon cleanser.
I was just wondering what people's thoughts were on these two colon cleansing products.
Has anyone ever taken them? Please share your stories with me so that I can make a better decision. I don't really trust the testimonials on either product site. Thanks.

I've never heard of Oxypowder, so I can't tell you anything about it, but I just got quit the Colonix Colon Cleansing Program. (you can see a similar thread - Colonix Colon Cleansing Program ::: Advice? - in this same forum)
I would NOT recommend Colonix!
It was a horrible experience. It gave me really severe headaches, and constipation. Not to mention the bloating, cramps and general fatigue. I found that I was plagued with colonix side effects the whole time I did the cleanse. In the other thread, there were a few other people that complained of colonix side effects too.
When I saw my doctor, he told me to stop taking the colonix immediately, because it can cause more problems then it 'supposedly' helps. As soon as I stopped taking colonix, I was feeling normal again within a day or so. Colonix is a scam. If I were you, I wouldn't do it.
So, take it for what you will. and if you go with oxypowder, please update us on what you thought about it. Because I don't think it could be any worse then what i went through with colonix.
