does anybody know what this means? showed up on a cat scan i had done. doctor didnt really say much about it. i dont think he really knew. thanks

My pancreas has been slightly enlarged for several years. My doctor does not think it is anything to be concerned about.

I also have wondered *why* it is enlarged, but the answer has not been given yet.
