Hi everyone, I am new here and just wanna get a post going. lol. Anyhow, I was just wondering if anyone else here hates rear deltoid rows as much as me. UGGHHHHHH. I don't know why, I just can't stand 'em, but know I gotta do 'em!

I use a Bowflex power pro and follow the body building routine, with minor alterations. Combined with a high calorie, and high protein diet, I have gone from 5'11 145 lbs to a current 192 lbs and rising. Bowflex is ALL I use. Just some proof that free wieghts arn't the only way to gain mass.

Chest day is my favorite day!

My most dreaded exercise is definately squats. So "painful" and exhausting, but so worth it.

Hello, Mine are crunches. I wish there were a fun way to do them, but I guess it's sort of like homework. You hate to do it, but you have to if you want to get somewhere.

Stiff legged dead lifts are what I don't like. My back hurts so bad when I finish I feel like I'm going to break in half.

I must be the odd one, I LOVE Squats, I love to work my legs!!!!!!! I probably dislike running the most. It's alright, and I don't mind doing it on a treadmill, but to just go and run, bores me.

ya for some reason I like working my legs too. So much more powerful than my arms. The worst is probably crunches!! Have to do so many and they hurt!!!

Standing calf raises. They are the worst. First, I have to use so much weight that my body can hardly support it. Second, I can work my ass off, have sore calves for days and see little or no results at all. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif

Calf raises---I hear ya! (standing & seated)....I wouldn't say that I hate them....But I agree with the previous response, they are so disappointing (work them to death and they don't "stick-out" like we think they should!

I here ya!! My calfs suck. I got those wierd ones that dont stick out much on the inside of my leg. THey are pretty toned though. My Dad has the same legs.
