Tomorrow morning will be 2 weeks smoke-free. I don't really crave smoking but I miss it so much. I really had now choice but to quit, as I was admitted to the hospital with multiple blood clots in my lungs and the thought of smoking is scary to me now (I'm only 35.)

This is the longest I've ever gone without smoking. I think for me the hardest part is that I didn't get to make the decision to quit. Nor did I get to mentally prepare myself. It was just gone cold turkey (unable to use any stop smoking aides because of the clots.)

I'm happy I quit but I'm sad that I still miss it.

It is hard to quit when you aren't ready. Remember that you would probably quit someday and now is as good as any. Keep up the good work and God bless
