I had mirena for 1 year .now I have got it removed and I have again started to have symptoms of PCO like I am usually having severe hypoglycaemia .It is more half an hour b4 meal and sometimes it gets more severe after I take meals .WHat can I do to avoid this ?Also I have started losing lot of hair .I am currently only taking multivitamins .

You need to see a doctor (an gyn) and have your hormone levels checked. This can be done by having a simple blood test. They will look to see if you have high testosterone, among other things.

I know I am a known case of PCOD .which medicine do u think is effective for hypoglycaemia and hair loss ?I have tried spirinolactone and diane 35 but they cause lot of side effects .any other good options ?

That I do not know. I'm sorry. My only side effects so far are weight gain and infertility. So that's all we're dealing with right now.

Thanks for being nice :) i really hope u give birth to a cute baby soon :) Anyways as far as infertility is concerned ,there are some ovulation inducing drugs as a last resort .But an easy option is to use diane 35 for 4-5months .and then as soon as u stop try having intercourse daily for the next month .I got pregnant the month that i stopped diane 35:)
