My Dr. is sending me for a DEXA scan because my T is very low , she said it could be somthing wrong with the gland in my brain or could be from bone marrow or somthing . I really didn't understand why she wanted these test..Anyone else go through this,,I'm having sexual problems ,can't concentrate or even feel like sex ??? She also want's me to get blood work at 8 am this time..I did it last time at 9:30am ?? I also have problems with my Iron level being low...

It does matter what time of day for T, it will be highest in the morning so that may explain why it was higher for the test done in the morning.

Hayfarmer,
When I try to take a walk or ride my exercise bike I get so worn out I feel like I'm going to pass out. It doesn't take much for me to get so tired all I want to do is lay down. Is this because of my "T" level also..This morning I walked down the basement and I felt so dizzy and tired/weak.
This is very scary. 41 is to young to feel this way..Guess I won't know till I get the results back.

Sorry for jumping someones thread

I can't say whether the fatigue is from low T or not. I can say that low T can cause fatigue in many men. For me it never effected me in that way too much but for many it does. But there are many things that can cause fatigue. Low thyroid hormone (high TSH) can also cause this and many many other things.
