I totally inderstand Im smoke free for 5 months now. Your going to have to suffer for freedom. What worked for me was taking hot long baths
and just relaxing as much as i wanted in it.Treat yourself to good tasty foods
now that your senses start to come back and dot worry about your weight right now.Make new habbits too. I drink water like water was a ciggarette I always have it with me , find something to help wein yourslef off.You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If could do it , anyone could.

thanks for ur response i know i can do it but it still sucks lol i think because i have a highly unusual stress life,4 kids, hubby, ex's, crazy sil,death,f/t job and so on and so on that that was the only thing i could do by myself and relax for 5 minutes!

You are a smoke junky...just like me  !!! I am 9 months smoke free and still there are times it just hits me. But then I look how far I have come and really what is a cig going to do for me??? It is not going to take my stress, anxiety or solve my life. So I just move on....forget the cig it will not solve your problems.
You should do something for you...reward yourself. I know family, work so many demands. But take sometime to appreciate yourself and being smoke free...you deserve it.
