A dentist called who specializes on crowns & bridges?

Don't know of a certain name for the Dentist but I do know it' called Cosmetic Dentistry.

I'm pretty sure you are referring to a prosthedontist - so named because crowns, bridges, partials and dentures are collectively refered to as "oral prosthetics".
