Sounds like a perfect combination and a very healthy breakfast. What does the bee pollen do? (I am assuming it's good for you.)
Thanks!

Sorry, one more question! Is this bee pollen a food additive, a honey-like substance, or are we talking supplements, or a powdered form of the same, or some type of a paste obtained from honeycombs or what? (you did call it "Perfect Food"). What is its taste and consistency? I am curious!

Its Fresh Bee Pollen Whole Granules in a 8 oz plastic container that I purchased in the refrigerator section of our local health food store. Recommended is 1/2 to 1 tablespoons a day. For the first time use start with a few granules. Difficult to describe the taste except that it's very soft and fresh. A container lasts about two months. I don't know of anyone who places it in a hot cereal. Most likely makes more sense to add it to a cold cereal or eat it directly from the container. Very Healthy Food.

I will check with our health food stores regarding the availability of this item in my area. I'll also try to find out more about it. Thanks for all that info!
