I have been diagnosed with pcos. No AF since Dec last year. I've been prescribed 50 mg provera for 10 days. Finished the course two days ago. What's the next thing if provera won't bring AF? And when should I expect her? I have some light spotting but my instructions are to start clomid on 2nd day of needing protection. We are ttc and want some more options in case provera doesn't work for me.

What happened for me is that my old Dr. gave me a month supply of bcp to start me up. It didn't work...but sometimes it does.
Clomid is usually a good place to start. Or Metformin. Met is what I'm going to be starting on to help with regulation.
