Hello,
I just recently bought the women's 50 plus specially formulated multivitamines, I didn't realize that it said for women 50 plus, I'm concerned because I'm only 19, and was wondering if the dosage would be too high?? for myself and being so young. I have only took one pill just be on the safe side.
Thanks in advance!!

Hi, :)

ask your pharmacist. The formula for women over 50 is made to benefit those entering menopause and undergoing hormonal changes, with special needs. It might contain minerals or vitamins in amounts you don't need because of your age. Give them to your Mom or an aunt, maybe? Ask the pharmacist, first.
