I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and I'll be in a different time zone. It's an hour behind where I live. I take my pill at 10:30pm so should I take it at 9:30 for that week while I'm on vacation?

Titchou 05-06-2007, 07:15 PM It won't matter. They just tell you to take it at the same time everyday so you won;t forget and take it all over the place. One hour either way won't make a difference. |
