Does anyone know what the difference is? Also, I have one tooth where the molar next to it was extracted many years ago. Could not afford a bridge and now the gum is receeding around the molar. I was wondering if they could do a graft surgery (possibly and I know I need to go have someone take a look at it). I was wondering if they can use grafting material rather than taking it from the roof of your mouth.

What is the success rate of these grafts? Anyone know?
