View Full Version : Risk of mutual hand jobs

My question is about mutual hand jobs. I was recently with another man and we were masterbating together. Our penis's were touching inside of our hands. A lot of lubrication was used (astroglide). At climax I made sure that my penis was not in direct contact with his, trying to keep our semen apart.

My question is that it was dark, and a lot of lubrication was used. I am somewhat concerned that precum (could have possibly) intermingled with the lube and have been "pushed around". He said before and after I had voiced my concerns that he had an hiv test 2 weeks ago that came back negative.

I know an hiv test never hurts, but do you think my concern is legitimate in this case?

And, just for arguements sake if he was hiv positive, what kind of risk would I be at?

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm no expert, but I don't think you've got anything to worry about.....

Hand to genital contact is considered zero risk. I have seen studies that show HIV has never been transmitted this way.

Even if, and this is a massive if, your partner was HIV + it is extremely unlikely you would get infected through what you describe. If you are in any doubt, like you said a blood test, never hurt.

Take Care Kevin
