I have swollen lymph node on right side of neck sometimes gets a little big but mostly smallish sometimes fell a little discomfort in left groin like swollen there also have no other symptoms cbc neg all std neg but should I worry about HIV no other symptom no fever no problems in throat what do you think it is anyone

Symptoms are never a reliable indicator of your HIV status. The only way to determine your HIV status is through a blood test. Many of the symptoms of HIV are everyday occurrences that people get now and again. Sore throats, swollen glands, colds, aching joints, etc effect many people everyday.

If you are concerned about your HIV status please go from a blood test.
