Has anyone gotten Sevier Leg Cramps when they started Menapau:confused: se?

Leg cramps can be a symptom of menopause, but also can be a symptom of low potassium or calcium. I had problems with leg cramps and restless legs when I was anemic from heavy periods. Try to elevate your legs as much as possible too. Ann

i am on calcium and potasium, and other meds. i am not enemic.
