Hey everyone...was just wondering if anyone with PCOS always feels as exhausted as me? It doesn't matter how much sleep I get, it could be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 hours and everytime I wake up I have to fight to keep my eyes open and I feel like absolute crap..so I didn't know if anyone else feels this way or maybe I could have something else wrong, I just had my iron checked and it was fine so I don't know..any info would be great!
Thanks:) :)
Thanks:) :)

I do feel the same way! My insulin is high right now so that is why my doctor thinks I am staying so exhausted.

I have been told by my new endo that the pcos and insulin resistance do end up making you extremely fatigued....I know that I am always tired!!!! I will be glad when I finally have all of this under control. I am waiting to see my new endo so she can go ahead and either get me started on meds or something. One thing I did find out is that I am also pre-diabetic now so please if you are diagnosed do not do like I did and put it off. I kept putting mine off because I did not like my old endo because she was so rude and strict. My glucose was normal then. Now it is borderline and that was only from a year or so.
