I was wondering if this was from wisdom teeth. My bf had pain from his tooth and jaw then it spread to his neck and temple and around his eye. Is that from wisdom teeth? Cause he went to the dentist and the dentist told him he had an infection and would need a root canal but during that time he had pain from his tooth and jaw, so the dentist put him on antibiotics and pain killers until he would get the root canal. BUT my bf went to a DIFFERENT dentist cause the other dentist was chargeing co-pays so this new dentist took some x-rays and said he didn't see any thing wrong with his teeth or that he would need a root canal so the dentist told him to stop taking the antibiotics and told my bf it was probably his wisdom teeth coming in and gave him vicodine. But since then the pain spread, so is this from wisdom teeth or was it really an infection????:confused:
