For the past few days, my tummy feels like it's growling constantly. I suspect this is not hunger pains because it happens at times when I couldn't possibly be hungry. And my lower back is hurting similar to how a back aches during a UTI or menstrual cramping (except I have no more female plumbing.) And I don't have other symptoms of a UTI (I'm familiar with those.)

Any ideas? It's not like the pain is excrutiating. But it's very uncomfortable.
