I recently red on the forums that Cat's Claw has helped someone who was suffering from constipation. I did a bit of research on this herb and purchased it yesterday. So far, I have taken two capsules and have not noticed any results. I have also taken a lot of chewable fiber tablets, drank plenty of herbal tea (I hate water) and have not gone to the bathroom for three days now. I'm feeling extremely bloated and frustrated.

Has anyone else tried this herb? If so, what were its direct benefits as far as constipation is concerned? Have you found it helpful for any other health condition?

Please advise. I have tried so many different supplements and nutrition/diet tricks to cure this chronic symptom and have had no luck. I feel like it's ruining my life, basically. I also suffer from a back injury, sore and achy muscles, hypothyroidism, nasal congestion, and chronic fatigue.
