I was diagnosed with this recently. The doctor has given me some 400mg ibuprofen and advised me to wear a splint, the problem is, I don't really know what I'm looking for and even the internet seems to have a problem!

Can anyone recommend a site in the UK where I can order exactly what I need before I go back to the docs and cry?
