I'm an 18 year old male.
5'6 130lbs. i have an athletic body, i do eat a lot of fast food(not so much recently), but i exercise regularly.

Well, basically my resting heart beat seems to be faster than normal. Occasionally, when I'm exercising or my heart just randomly decides to speed up, it will skip a beat. And when I do exercise or run, my hearts beats really hard.

And sometimes my hands and feet get really cold and pale. When that happens sometimes I get confusion, disorientation, and it's hard to concentrate.

When I eat sugar, all these symptoms will increase sometimes. So I've been staying away from sugar.

I measured my blood pressure today, and it was 129/66. That seems normal?

I dont know what's wrong. I'm very young and semi-healthy and I dont know why I have these problems.

I don't have health insurance so I haven't been able to go to the doc just yet.
