i just got a free issue of testosterone with my protein order. it has some good info but it also hyped up several supplements. can these supplement reviews be trusted or are they just glorified advertisements?

i wouldn't use any musclemag for anything but motivation from the pictures, and possibly some routines. almost all of the "articles" are actually ads for specific supplements by bodybuilders on contract. its really pathetic and a shame that you have to second guess everything you read in these magazines.
