Hi Naxis, you seem to know an awfull lot about fat burning so I would like a little guidence. Right now I do 45 min. of cardio a day 5-6 days a week. I use the tredmill and have a mixture of jogging-fast walking and hill climbing.I also do toning 3x a week. But my main concern is burning fat. So should I apt for HIIT instead of what I have been doing? If so then can you give me examples on how it is done. Should I run for 2 min then sprint for two and keep going for 20 min?? Please help-Im so confused...

HIIT is great, especially if you're already pretty lean (good shock to the system), but I wouldn't recommend it for every day. It will fatigue you fast and increase risk of injury. Since sprinting/high intensity actually builds muscle, you have to allow for some recovery. Not to mention, unless you are using a bike or eliptical trainer, it can be very hard on your joints. Doing 2 minute intervals sounds fine to me. 15-30 minutes per session, whatever you're up for. Good luck! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
