Hi ladies...
Let me first thank all of you that sent prayers and good thoughts my way yesterday as I had my cold knife cone, ECC and D&C to treat AIS.
It was supposed to have been done at 1:30pm, but after many delays, I finally got into surgery around 6:30pm. I was out in just over an hour and into recovery. During recovery, I thankfully had no nausea, no dizziness and was eating crackers and drinking some Sprite before too long. I was home shortly after 10pm and starving! I had some soup and crackers and soon was fast asleep.
Last night I slept the whole night through and didn't even need to take any of the Vicodin that was prescribed for pain! Yippee! My only thing was having some pain while urinating, but have gotten some anitbiotics for that so that should clear up soon.
Now....I wait. I wait to hear about my pathology results...which is going to be the most difficult thing. Please keep sending the good thoughts and prayers my way as I continually do the same for all you going through the trials that we have been. I also send prayers of thanks for those you having great results, that you continue to have them! :)
All in all, things went surprisingly very well and I am very thankful. Thank you all for being so supportive....it is more appreciated then you will ever know.
Peace and God speed,
Tori
