I have been working out for a couple weeks now and have noticed a difference in my upper abs but not my lower abs. can anyone tell me some good exercises to do at home that will help build up my lower abs.

Leg lifts

laying flat on your back with palms flat on the ground at your sides, legs straight, raise up your feet a foot or two, in reps or raise and hold for a count

the burn should be in your lower ab area, if its in your lower back or legs your form is wrong or you are getting tired

remember to breathe http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

have u heard of the matthews method? I'd look it up on google....it says about how most ppl work the upper abs, and they tend to grow a little rather than flattening lower down....with the matthews method the exercises are meant to reduce ur waist...i think the exercises they use are fairly well known anyhow.
