Sponsor Speaker 06-07-2003, 10:05 AM Leg lifts laying flat on your back with palms flat on the ground at your sides, legs straight, raise up your feet a foot or two, in reps or raise and hold for a count the burn should be in your lower ab area, if its in your lower back or legs your form is wrong or you are getting tired remember to breathe http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif thequeen 06-07-2003, 10:44 AM thanks for the reply, i have to work out tonight so i will try it. Anonymid 06-08-2003, 08:56 AM have u heard of the matthews method? I'd look it up on google....it says about how most ppl work the upper abs, and they tend to grow a little rather than flattening lower down....with the matthews method the exercises are meant to reduce ur waist...i think the exercises they use are fairly well known anyhow. |
