Sponsor jmichalicek 06-05-2003, 06:21 PM Definitely avoid the ab-doer... probably avoid the others, although I don't know exactly what they are. Quite awhile back I bought an ab-doer after reading many good reviews on them. Those people were clearly idiots. The only good thing I can say for the ab doer is that it helps me to keep good form doing side bends. I actually cannot get a decent ab workout as far as just simulating the straight forward and back of crunches on it and the extra resistance it provides is a joke. Also, the way the handlebars are attached is cheesy and they end up coming loose and sliding back and forth while you try to workout if you attempt to go fast enough to get that cardio benefit they claim you can get from it.
