I am about to buy 600g of prolab creatine for about $22 delivered to my door. Figured I would check on here to see if anyone would try to change my mind first. Is this a pretty decent creatine as long as I mix it with grape juice or something? Also I plan to take 20g for the first 7 days then after that should I take 5g in the morning and 5g in the evening after a workout? The serving for maintence says only 5g so should I take 2.5g morning and 2.5 evening or only take 5g in the evening. Sorry to sound confusing

I'm sorry, I don't really know much about Prolab's creatine, but I would guess that it's not any worse than any other pure creatine out there.
20g per day for the first 7 days sounds ok. Just divide it so that you take 5g 4 times through out the day. I've always heard that a 5 day loading stage should be enough, but doing 7 days should be alright.
During the maintenance stage, I think you should take the 5 grams immediately after your workouts, no question. On non-workout days, during maintenance, you should take it when you wake up in the morning.
This is based on what I've read and experienced myself.

I've always read that you should take 5 grams of creatine before you workout instead of after. Is this correct?
Also, on the off days that you don't lift, do you then take it in the evening?

Well I understand the loading stage. But for maintenence I lift late in the evening every other day. So should I be taking 5g's after lifting at night then taking another 5 the very next morning on my non lift day? That would leave me going about 30 hours without any until I lifted again.
