Hello,
I have SVT and have been drinking little diet coke caffeine free, which is fine. Learning what drinks I can have. I am trying to find out if some juices have caffeine in it. It doesn't say, maybe you all can help me out.

Tree Top apple juice????

Welch's light grape juice???

Snapple pink lemonade??

I know that lot of iced tea flavor have caffeine, I stay away from that stuff.

Also, lots of water is good for you. I don't love it too much but I do drink that. You know, some things taste better with flavor drinks. ;)

Thanks, Have a good day.

i have stopped drinking caffeine free diet coke bc of the aspartame. i have read that other people have had success with decreasing their arrhytmias by cutting out aspartame, which is in diet coke.

hello brookyln,
I can't quit diet coke but I have cut down, half a can a day. depending what I am eating. If I drink more, I tend to get headache. I know about aspartame but gotta enjoy life, right? I gave up coffee. I am on meds and I don't notice any arrythmias. no problem there.
I just stay away from caffeine but just asking about other juices.
Thanks for replying and hope others reply to me.
Good day.

The following also have ZERO caffeine:

Mug Root Beer

Slice
Sierra Mist

Actually I'm pretty sure Barq's does have caffeine. Check the label.

Caffeine is actually a pretty interesting drug.
It can have an astounding effect on exercise performance. :D :D
But you soon develop a tolerance to it. (If you don't take any caffeine just try a Gloria Jeans or Starbucks an hour before you exercise - once a week is a good interval - you will get a real TURBO workout!!) :blob_fire

Of course it has a bit of a bad reputation as it increases heart rate and bp in many ppl. On the other hand if you look at what experienced athletes say you will find plenty of support for taking it before an endurance sport such as a marathon.
Recent research has shown it reduces your Myocardial Flow Reserve or MFR which is the heart's capacity kept in reserve at a given level of exercise level.
This has raised the question of the safety of the drug especially for those with impaired heart performance (eg CVD, etc).

Exactly how caffeine boosts perfomance is still being debated and researched.
There is more to the story for sure.

ANY product that adds caffeine to it will have it in the ingredients list, so just check the ingredients.

I don't know of any juices with caffeine in them. However, some fruit flavored sodas (like Sunkist Orange Soda) do. Barq's rootbeer has caffeine. Mug does not.

BB,
Look into "store brand" sodas. We have switched to Publix brand soda and most of them have no caffeine or aspertame in them. My boyfriend and I got used to the taste and now regular sodas are really sugary. Plus store brands help in the $$ situation also.

From the major online encycopedia:
Diet Barq's has no caffeine.

Hello everybody,
Yea, I rather not drink sodas at all. I am asking for juices, what have caffeine in them? apple juice is good, right? snapple pink lemonade should be fine.
I know all kind of teas has caffeine so I just stay away from any tea drinks.
