That last couple of days I've been having odd pains in my ovaries and a strange feeling that I can only describe as feeling like hot liquid being inside me in the uterus area. I completely skipped my period this month, after having very regular periods for the past couple of years. There is no way I could be pregnant. I feel a little nervous about this missed period and these odd sensations. Is this something to worry about or a sypthom of something bad? I am going to the doctor on Wednesday, but meanwhile I'm a bit worried.
I also had that same "warm liquid" feeling inside me last month during my last period
