Hello everyone. Like a few of you, I too am a guitarist, and a few nights ago I woke up and caught myself sleeping horribly wrong on my left arm.And almost suddenly I felt the classic signs of tingling of the fingers and a little numbness. But now after a day or two, not only does the palm tingle a bit but so does other areas, the top of my thumb,hand, and parts of the forearm as well as my bicep all the way around to my shoulderblade, etc. It's bothersome, but the thing is is there's no pain whatsoever. Even when I stretch, squeeze pick up things...playing was difficult the first few minutes but I can play just as good (it even made my hand feel better!) The numbness goes away time to time. And my hand is a bit cool to the touch, which makes me think is it a circulation issue? How long does it last? Or is it CTS? If either or, what advice would you have?
