Hi Wendy,
I read with interest on another one of your posts on here that you are doing exercises for dizziness.
For what dizzy condition are you exercising?
Doesn't the exercises make you MORE dizzy as you're doing them or when you stop?
Where did you get the exercises from?
Doesn't doing them provoke anxiety?
