Sponsor mom2cole 05-17-2007, 08:55 PM When I had mine a few months ago I felt fine afterward (except a bit tired from anesthia) and never had any effects from it. I would never even known it was done. Most people have no problems but everyone is different. If you dont feel better after day or two I would call the Dr. Good luck taape 05-17-2007, 09:15 PM The only trouble I had was from the anesthesia - dizzy and sick to my stomach. I would put a call into your doctor tonight there must be someone on call. ~K~ 05-18-2007, 01:27 AM Hi alex (((((((((alex))))))))))) Glad this is out of the way for you. I felt awful for days after. I had severe pricking pains in stomach and a raw 'lump' inside base of my throat (my 'lumps' are normally lower down, between breast area) I thought I'd been scraped and scratched! I think some of us have more Visceral hypersensitivity. Try not to be scared - after about a weeks things settle to there normal horrid level (sigh!) alex12 05-18-2007, 08:15 AM Thaks for the feedback guys... K , that is how i feel, like I have been scratched...we must be a bit more sensative! Alex Donna K 05-18-2007, 12:05 PM Hey Alex, I remember that my throat hurt for a day or so afte my endoscopy. My doctor found a polyp in my upper stomach and removed that. I didn't have any stomach problems. Hope they find an answer for you. My endoscopy did not find any problems despite my having all the symptoms of reflux. alex12 05-18-2007, 12:28 PM This is so common, so many people with obvious illnesses and yet nothing to be found!!
