Hi, i'm actually 22, and I stopped drinking milk a couple of months ago because I think i'm lactose intolerant because i've had bad reactions with milk lately. I also tried soy milk and had an allergic reaction. I try to consume vegetables daily, but some days my consumption is very low. My mom is 55 and she has pre-osteoporosis, and I will start Lupron treatment soon for endometriosis( it lowers bone density), I was thinking of taking daily calcium supplements from my mom's( i think each tablet has 600 mg calcium and 200 vitamin d)

should I take them? The instructions says 2 daily( but different times) , should I take 1 or 2?

also I think I may Have IBS, i had a colonoscopy done 7 months ago and it was ok, i've hear calcium tablets give constipation?? I sure hope so!! I had problems with having bowel movements sometimes 5 times a day and sometimes they are loose.

thanks and sorry for writing so much!:p

Given your health conditions, it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor or pharmacist and see what they recommend.
