Hi,
Wow, woke up this morning with an anxiety attack, I believe.
My chest is hurting so bad it is radiating down to my stomach and it is a constant pain.
I am trying to take some deep breaths but isn't working.
I am not feeling any other symptoms, so lets hope it stops at this. I hope it stops soon. Can't deal with this.

Hi there,
I saw your post and wanted to reply. Do you have a history of anxiety/panic. I understand how it feels and have suffered with it myself over the yrs. and at different times. If you are sure it is anxiety, just keep remembering it will be o.k. Try to relax and think positive thoughts that you WILL be o.k. ANything to feel more calm and positive!! It is so true that how you think makes your body react. Calming thoughts help your whole body. I recently had surgery and also some other health issues that are unresolved. My anxiety has been bad just worrying. It really helps to try to break the cycle of the anxiety. Also..avoid caffeine,sugar etc. They ad to the anxiety.I am sure you already know all of this. Just remember you are not alone and it will be o.k. It is very hard and I do understand!!! I will pray you feel better and feel a sense of calming peace!!

I SO agree w/ the fact that once you know it's anxiety, it REALLY helps. Still not a lot of fun, but once you know that's what's going on, life's a lot easier!
