HI, im new to the board and Im starting to do modeling soon and uhh my body is not up to parr its not bad but I need to tone up. That was the first thing my agency said I need to work on. Im not going for the bulky "beefy" look I just want to build my arms bigger and get the heavy looking chest. I am a very dedicated person I dont just wish for a body and expect it to fall into my lap ,I am willing to do anything. Such as buying the necessary equipment etc. I am about 5,8 150 lbs or so 16 year old male, any help is appereciated!

Congrats on landing the cushy job!

In my never-to-be-humble opinion, the Body for Life program is a pretty good starting point. It requires minimal equipment (dumbbells and a bench) and outlines everything you need to do, including diet and mindset.

Another similar program is Body RX. You would need a gym to perform parts of this workout though.

Both are books that are available everywhere.
