I'm going through a period of time where my legs cramp up and ache terribly.
If I'm walking up any bit of an incline or steps my calves practically turn to stone. They feel fine when I'm lounging or sitting. I have this problem along with multiple other aches and pains but none are as bad as my calves when the cramp up. I also seem to going through a stretch of worse than normal heart palpitations, they were bad last fall and pretty much went away through the winter and are coming back again this spring. Heart checks at the doc have shown nothing.

One other question, I see in the anxiety abreviations they list ETD (eustachian tube disfunction). I have tons of trouble with having my ears pop, being dizzy, feeling plugged up and having rumbling in my ears, especially the right one. Is this really an anxiety symptom and does anyone else have these troubles? Thanks much for any responses

Magnesium might help. I started to take it and it helps with muscle cramps, sleep and anxiety. It is called Ionic Fizz. You can get it at any health food store. It works really well for me.
