View Full Version : Iodine supplementation?

Yesterday I did a 24 hour urine test. It was "provoked" which means I took some pills including an iodine supplement and apparently some kind of chelating agent. Well, my pain was so much better yesterday! It was like the heaviness of it was lifted and I felt light inside. I'm wondering if it was the iodine supplement. I read that some people with FMS take iodine. Apparently it relates to adrenal function. I wonder why I would feel so much better instantly?

Or maybe it was actually the chelating agent; who knows.
