Along with my anxiety (or maybe caused by it?) I have a stomach thing now..

I was wondering if anyone out there could help me.. I wake up and eat breakfast.. then I feel nauesous and I burp up acid and air for hours.. etc I also get this hot flushes as well throughout my entire body. I also get the feeling that my stomach is completely empty even though I just ate 2 hour ago more or less and occassional pain on both sides of the stomach. All these feelings are getting insane. Any ideas?

Hi

I also get these problems, I had my first attack of this a year ago and was given medication for acid reflux. About 3 weeks ago it come back, hunger pangs, acid burn and lots of nausea. Went back to my GP and she has given me Omeprazole 20mg once a day for 4 weeks. These have helped been on them for two weeks now, however I still feel nauseous at times and am feeling extremely fatigued, which hopefully is the tablets, I seriously hurt all over.

I suffer from really bad health anxiety, I have noticed I am spending half my life searching the net for answers and generally have at least 5 different cancers etc per week. This makes me feel terrible as someone I know who was only 34 died last month of skin cancer and the lasy (42) one of the appartments in my block is currently coming to the end due to cancer.

Today I have given up smoking and stopped the tablets, I think it is all caused by my anxiety and I am going to try really hard to stop this. I think half the problem is realising that the anxiety is comign from your lower self and you have to listen to your higher self to combat the negative toughts and hopefully the illnesses will disapear.

I hoep all of my symptoms are caused by anxiety and not something worse but I have to try and stop the anxiety before I know if the symptoms are real or not.

All the best

Melly
