I will be going for a stress test this week--never had one before, so I'm a little nervous about it. How difficult is it? I have a stent going from my kidney to my bladder and it is a bit painful at times. Will this effect the stress test? My high blood pressure has recently come down and along with that my pulse has gotten kinda low (about 45). The combination of these two things has made me real tired and sometimes weak. Do you think this will effect my stress test?

A stress test is like jogging out to the letter box and back twice in succession, don't worry about it, it's a piece of cake.

Thanks Jay Ar- I think I can handle that. I get myself so worked up when I have dr. appts and tests. My blood pressure can be okay at home and once I'm at the drs up it goes.......

Youll be fine..... It is pretty easy... you run or walk fast until your heart rate reaches a certain rate the doctor wants to see then you quickly get on a bed and they do an echocardiogram of your heart.... pretty easy stuff.... dont sweat it.. :)
