which one is guaranteed to show results? Are there any experts out there who know which machine would be the best option. I dont want to be stuck with anything that dosent work. This is why im asking if anyone has any experience with these machines, they all sound good but which would you recomend, thanks in advance!

Like alot of other exercise equipment, if you use it consistently it will work. We have the crossbow, just as good as the bowflex but cheaper. Takes up alot of room, which we fortunately have. Not easy to put together, took us 4 hours after more than an hour sorting and labeling parts! My husband loves it. I use it but not consistently, I still prefer the freeweights. He was into the bands before we got the crossbow. I have a tape that uses the bands but I still like the free weights.

any form of resistance training will show some results, some better than others. My reccomendation would be to get an olympic barbell set, some adjustable dumbbells, and a power rack. You can work almost every muscle this way, and it is much cheaper as well.
Like most forms of exercise, the "best" is the one you will do most often or most consistently. Try things out, see what you enjoymost (or what bores you least). I've migrated to dumbells and free weights mostly, 'cause I can mix and match routines, intensity, etc. so easily. But that's just me.
Hey Sankofa, are you familiar with the Cassandra Wilson song of that name? Or the movie?

Not really I just choose it for the meaning its an Akan word : "We must go back and reclaim our past so we can move forward; so we understand why and how we came to be who we are today."
