Hi i currently take creatine before a workout, but i need something that will stop my muscles from hurting the next day so i make my own protein shake by putting 2 eggs, 1 banana and 300ml of skim milk. Is this bad because i have heard that the eggs dont digest and I have also heard that the toxins in the yolk are bad. Can someone please help. Thanks all.

I don't know about your question about eggs, but you could always use Egg Whites instead of whole eggs in your homemade protein shakes. Or buy protein shake mixes.

thanks. But you see what i do is crack the eggs and put them in straight away so there raw. So if i just used the egg whites would i have to fry the eggs first? thanks

Muscles being sore the next day have more to do with lactic acid buildup in the muscles. Increased consumption of protein is not going to do too much for you there. If I remember correctly slow twitch muscle fibers help get rid of the lactic acid and help a person from getting too sore the next day. I'm sure if you did some reasearch on lactic acid and weight training you'd probably find some additional information on it.
