I have had constant 24 hour throat constriction for five years now undiagnosed. I have been tested for possible physical conditions such as thyroid problems, gerd, lpr etc... and they only come back negative. Though I don't feel one bit like I have an anxiety problem, doctor after doctor have hinted at it or outright said it. My other is symptom now is a dry cough. Also it had spread to my sinus's. Could someone please give me direction or tell me how to type my symptom into healthboards to reach someone that may have advice? Thank you.

I had trouble with a lump in the throat feeling for several months. After
starting some anxiety medication it went away. I still have other things
going on but that stopped the lump. Your doctor could try one of the fast acting
anxiety meds and see what happens as a way to help diagnose if
this is anxiety or something else. Then you can proceed to treat
the anxiety if it is that.

It is not a lump, it is a constriction and it has spread to my sinuses. Does this make a difference?
