I've posted a couple questions earlier and haven't gotten much success with replies so I'm hoping this one gets more.

I'm looking for some job specific exercises to build strength, endurance and size. I have read that I cannot get all three of these at the same time so I have listed them in order of importance.

I am in law enforcement and am looking for some good routines to build in these areas.

I am currently doing pyramid lifts on all body parts 4-5 sets from 15 to 4 reps. One exercise for each body part. Then one concentration exercise 2 sets of 12. Have seen some good gains in all three goals. But would like to get some more ideas from you folks.
If need a more detailed list of exercises please let me know.
Thanks for reading and replying.

how often are you lifting each body part per week? are you getting enough protein?

Each body part once a week.
I am short on protein but am working on getting more in to my diet. Don't have the $ for powders or other stuff. Am currently getting about 150 to 200 grams a day. I'm 210lbs 6' I'm not very active so I'm concerned with eating to much and getting heavy again.
Anymore info needed just ask and I will supply.
