Hi. When I was younger I had terrible pains under my nipples and I went to a doctor about it and they said that it was normal for men to get womens breast symptoms at my age, but now I am currently 16 going on 17 and they stick out like they are developing womens breasts. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them? I heard the only treatment is an opperation but it is very expensive, is this true? Is it normal?. I am by all means not fat and I play soccer 4 times a week and do weights for the rest but there is still a layer of fat covering my abs, just a little bit, I look fine when im standing up and when i tense my abs I can see them slightly, but when I bend down I can really see how much fat I have there. I really need a diet plan because I have been looking all over the net and I am getting so confussed. Some say high protein diet is best, others say high carb and others say do not eat fruit. I just need help from a pro to help me understand a bit better. So if you could give me any advice about my proplems it would be greatly appreciated.
