I am just curious if anyone here has any experience with Lipo Dissolve and if so could you share your thoughts?
Thanks!

Wow...with all the celebrity talk of this lately I thought surely someone had heard of an experience on it! Guess it's still too new...

Hi,
I had a nurse tell me about her friend which is getting Lipo & ahe is doing great on it. It works, safer & less money, then Surgery.

I read about this online, cause I'm interested on it. And it said, that it's available in only 4 states. It's supposed to work, but you need at least 4-6 treatments. Some testimonials had done it once or twice, and hadn't seen major results. If i find out more, i'll let you know :D

I'd like to know as well. I live in one of the states that does it and one of the locations is either already opened or opening soon and very close to me. I'm a little skeptical, but curious as well. I see it advertised all over TV and have been to the website. It's not a quick fix unless you are changing your eating habits along with working out. If you get an area treated and do gain the weight back, you won't gain it in the areas you were treated, but will gain it elsewhere...just like a normal surgical lipo procedure. My guess is that if you are working out, changed your eating habits and only need to take care of the last few of the problem areas, then this is a great option. If I decide to check it out I'll let you guys know what I find out.

I've been interested in it as well. I cannot find all that much information about others who've had it. I'm 22, 103lbs, very small boned and a size 0P. I eat extremely healthy due to my food allergies (no sugar, sugar subs, forms of sweeteners, gluten, dairy, etc). I don't really work out all that much. I'm the ectomorph body type... so I can lose body fat fairly quickly (hence why I only do weight lifting). If I miss a meal or walk around the mall for a couple of hours, I will lose body fat and weight (I got really stressed for 2 days and didn't eat very much, and I lost 3lbs). Its my stomach and love handles that won't go away. My body is really tiny, but I still have the belly of a size 4 (on me).
Does anyone know how much it costs? or if its worth doing?? Its really frustrating to be as tiny as me and have this much fat on my belly. I will not do surgery unless my life depends on it. Plus, I really like that the lipodissolve works with your body, and gives your body plenty of time for the skin to shrink with it.

I went to a consultation with the Fig people, and I have to say I don't like it there. They were wayy too pushy. After trying to tell them I'd talk to my husband and maybe make another appointment later, I finally gave in and called him there just to shut the woman up. Its nothing but sales people and nurses. There is not a single doctor in the fig offices.
Plus, what irritates me is that I'm 103lbs and a size 0P. My body digests fat really quickly (it just for some reason won't make my stomach and dlower back go down). I can walk around the mall for 4-6 hours and I lose like 2% of body fat. I was thinking "Great! I'll only need 2 injections in each area! It shouldn't be more than $3,000". Grand Total: $6,000, and thats with a $1,100 discount because of my BMI of 20. She kept pushing financing on me, and once I looked at the chart I told her, "Look even with financing, its more than our car payment every month." The thing is you pay per area and I needed 3 areas done. Well each area costs about $2,400. I completely felt like they were trying to rip me off! I only need 2, and they are trying to make me pay $3,000 more than I should! If I went to a REAL plastic surgeon and got liposuction, it would cost $6,000 for everything!
I'm going to look into the regular form of lipodissolve. I know they charge $400 per injection, instead of the $500 fig charges, and talk to a real doctor (not sales nurses). Plus that form has been around in europe for over a decade. If that doesn't look good... I'll just go get liposuction.

Wow, something I can actually help with! I joined Fig and I'm halfway done with my treatments. I am doing upper and lower abs ($2000) per area. It hurts like hell the first day. I get 40 shots total and it sucks. But after 48 hours you barely feel anything at all! Anyway, I go every other week to make a total of 12 sessions with an 8 week break halfway through. That is when I am supposed to be able to notice a big difference because there are knots of fat cells in your stomach. It takes 4-6 weeks for the fat cells and the PCDC (the stuff they put in you) to leave your system. I have noticed a difference but I'm hoping its a lot more during the break. I want to see some real results for $4000 dollars! I guess if anyone has any questions, feel free to contact me please!

Okay just in case someone comes back and reads this board, DON'T DO IT!!! The lipo-dissolve company, Fig, went bankrupt 1/2way thru my treatments, so I'm out $2500 with NO RESULTS. I am so very sorry I made those people look good here on my last post. I have learned not to give advice when I don't have experience.
